Curated Rotating Tea Menu

We offer a curated rotating tea menu. The tea offerings are classified into the 5 main processing types of tea plus flavored tea, tea lattes, and iced/cold brew. The goal of the rotating menu is to feature select picks for the main categories of tea without overwhelming the consumer and allowing exploring different teas over time.

Sourcing of Tea

We source the teas that we are excited about through various channels from direct on-farm purchasing and through our friends in the tea world.

Dialing In the Tea Brewing Protocol

We pride ourselves in being master extractors. We create brew protocols for each batch of tea for specific brewing styles and vessels. The brewing protocol is just as important as the tea itself. We dial it in to bring consumers the most delicious brew for each tea.

Tea Training, Tastings + Workshops

Central to our offerings is making sure that your team is trained on the tea offerings and brew protocols. We offer an introductory training on the culture and science of tea and its brewing followed by a workshop with each server to provide feedback on their brewing skills. We also offer in- store tastings, demonstrations, and workshops.
